Account Creation & Security
To access the full 16personalities service, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active email address, and phone number. You are responsible for ensuring the information provided is truthful and kept current whenever any changes occur.
Each user is permitted to have only one active account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 16personalities will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any channel outside the official platform.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you are required to notify the 16personalities support team immediately at [email protected]. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 16personalities platform, you agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set out herein. Violation of any of the following rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with platform systems
- Registering using a false identity or fraudulent information
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party scripts without written authorisation
- Any form of fraud, forgery, or manipulation in games
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party
- Using the platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment
- Ensuring you are not in debt or financial difficulty when using the platform
- Complying with all applicable bonus terms and conditions
- Report any technical bugs encountered to the support team

Payment & Transaction Information

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 16personalities reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding internally set limits.
All transactions are final once confirmed by the system. 16personalities is not liable for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, network disruptions, or external factors beyond our control.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the review, subject to standard withdrawal terms and conditions.

All content on the 16personalities platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software, domain names, and layout — is the exclusive property of 16personalities or its respective licensors. You may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without explicit written permission from 16personalities.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
